All orders are shipped from Dunsborough, Western Australia.

Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Please allow a little extra time during holiday or peak periods.

Pre-orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll send everything together once all items are ready.

Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

We hope you love your new pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 14-day exchange or credit policy (excluding postage).

Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns need to be received within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: return postage is covered by the customer, and sale items aren’t eligible for exchange or credit.

To arrange a return or exchange:

Let us know whether you’d like to exchange your item or receive a credit note.
Include a printed copy of your completed form with your return, and keep your tracking details handy — we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once your return arrives safely, we’ll be in touch and process your exchange or credit within 2–4 business days.

Our fabrics are chosen for their softness and comfort. Light pilling may occur with wash and wear — it’s a natural result of the fibres moving and will settle over time.

Care tips:

Cold gentle wash or hand wash with similar colours.
Use mild detergent, skip the bleach.
Lay flat or line dry in the shade.
Cool iron or steam if you need to.

PS. We all use the dryer sometimes… Just keep it low and gentle when you do.
